Product warranty
The warranty period is a term during which the customer, having discovered a lack of goods, has the right to demand from the seller or manufacturer to take measures to eliminate the defect. The seller must eliminate the defects, unless it is proven that they arose due to the buyer's violation of the operating rules.
When does the warranty start?
- from the transfer of the goods to the consumer, if there is no clarification in the contract;
- if it is not possible to set the date of purchase, the warranty starts from the moment of manufacture;
- seasonal goods are guaranteed from the beginning of the season;
- when ordering goods from the online store, the warranty begins on the day of delivery.
- elimination of product defects in certified service centers;
- exchange for a similar product without extra charge;
- exchange for a similar product with additional payment;
- return of goods and transfer of funds to the buyer's account.
Rules for exchanging and returning goods:
Exchange and return of products of appropriate quality
The seller guarantees that the buyer can refuse the goods of proper quality within 7 days from the moment of purchase, if:
- the product has not been put into operation and has a commercial appearance, is in a package with all labels, and there are also documents for the purchase of the product;
- the product is not included in the list of good quality products that are not subject to return or exchange.
The buyer has the right to exchange a good quality product for another offer of this product or another product that is identical in value or for another product with an additional payment or a refund of the price difference.
Exchange and return of products of inadequate quality
If the buyer discovers the defects of the product after purchasing it, he can request a replacement from the seller. The replacement must be made within 7 days from the day the claim was made. If an examination of the conformity of the goods with the specified norms is appointed, the exchange must be carried out within 20 days.
Technically complex goods of inadequate quality are replaced with goods of the same brand or with a similar product of another brand with a recalculation of the cost. The refund is made by canceling the sales contract and returning the amount equal to the value of the product.
Refunds
The refund period depends on the type of payment that the buyer initially chose.
In the case of cash payment, the cashier will make the refund later, 10 days after the buyer submits a request for a refund.
Crediting of the value of the product to the customer's card, if a non-cash payment was used, occurs immediately after receiving a claim from the buyer.
When using electronic payment systems, the refund is made to the electronic account within 10 calendar days.
